To improve the low permeability reservoir oil recovery is the major problems of all low permeability fields. Erdos is a low permeability, abnormal low pressure, low abundance lithologic reservoirs with "three low". With the deepening of oilfield development of directional well in low permeability oil field more and more, the situation is becoming more complex, the wellbore environment became more severe, and many difficult-to-produce seserves have been developed, which makes the conventional oil pumping equipment such as encountered in dry wear of tube and rod pumping, serious, not according to the ability of oil well liquid-supplying automatically adjust swabbing parameters and the problem of higher the equipment investment, operation cost.Optimization of mechanical oil production and improve the efficiency of the system is the key of oil and gas wells to obtain long-term benefits, are preferred and system efficiency optimization of production demand recovery of low permeability reservoir, is saving energy, improve production efficiency requirements.The paper study the foundation of the model for the technic adaptability and economy adaptability with the rod pumping system in low permeability fields and the evaluate guideline system, with the colligage judge model adopting the blur math for mechanism oil extraction mode, the modle of optimize design for the pumping system has been built, the depth of pump, the suspend load and sucker rod and centralizer has been calculated.the soft has been worked for calculating the colligate target of the the technic adaptability and economy adaptability, analyzing the efficiency of the pumping system, the infection efficiency factor and the measure for improving the efficiency, through the optimum evaluate for the practice well oil,the sucker rod pumping system has been chosen as the optimization the mode. The research has the high meaning for improving the output, efficiency, and benefit in low permeability fields, it could be popularized for directional well of low permeable oilfield.
