While analyzing the technology of drilling hard formation home and abroad, it was founded that there were several problems in these technology such as high cost of drilling, slower mechanical drilling speed, serious equipment wear and tear. To solve these problems, based on the abrasive water jet and projectile impact theory, proposed the theory of particle impact drilling. In this paper, a particle inject method of particle impact drilling system was put forward, the principle of injection system was detailedly analyzed, the structure of the various components was designed, including particle lifting system, injection tube, extruder feed screw. two injection tubes was used in this injection system, injecting particles and pressuring particle to exclude, this two processes, were completed by turns, ensuring that a continuous injection of particles. And through the use of screw extruder, particles could be injected into the head pipe in a certain rate uniformly and stably. Through theoretical analysis and the field test abroad recent years, it could be drawn that using the system the particles can be injected in a designed rate, uniformity, stability and secure into the main pipe.The design of particle inject system in particle impact drilling system, had a certain degree of guidance for the domestic application of the particle impact drilling system.Particle recycling equipment is the main impact particles drilling one of the devices. The device realized the particle recovery, drilling fluid handling and storage of purpose.In the material research and recovery system based on the analysis of the principle, the particle recycling equipment of the recovery plan design, particle recycling equipment process design and particles of recycling equipment layout design easier. Then using the technical parameters of drilling particles impact experiment and the method of combining, recycling schemes of the particles of the device in the parameter design and device type selection, and finally determined that a complete set of suitable for drilling field application of particles impact recovery device.
