Although the hard rock drilling is the small part in the drilling process, but it spent 70% of the entire drilling time, the longer it takes, the higher the drilling costs. In response, a new technology developed in recent years that called particle impact drilling (PID-Particle Impact Drilling), it is a mobile systems that can be conventional used in tradition drilling rig. PID technology is different from conventional drilling technologies, that no longer simply rely on WOB and torque to achieve mechanical rock breaking, the 2.5mm steel particles were added to the 25MPa drilling fluid, the paticle reach the bottom of the drill bit through drilling string, and then it can be accelerated by the special structure of the bit. In this situation the hard rock can be rapid broken dependent on the energy of the drilling fluid and hard spherical steel particles. Such an impact, about 4 million times per minute, can easily break the rock into small particles by continuous hit and then the small particles back to the ground equipment with the drilling fluid. This technology particularly applicable to those hard rock that can reduce the drilling rate caused by high compressive strength. In this technique, how to project the paticle to high-pressure fluid particles is one of the key technologies of the project. The institutions for this new transmission technology have been under study in foreign country, but the domestic has not began this research. This article is on the study of paticle injection system.In this paper, on an analysis of particle transport movement and traction angle screw and cylinder wall, the relationship between the friction factor of screw conveyor, while high-pressure sealing device structure is also studied; Delivery device on the serial plate is studied and then designed a set of disc conveyor; The stability and strength of drilling derrick are checked by the finite element analysis software SATWE software, the study found, the overall structure of large derrick and its stability of local structure large, their local area can be strengthen to take appropriate measures, these measures can not only greatly reduce the mast columns, beams of the section size, to reduce the overall weight of derrick, reduce manufacturing costs, but also greatly enhance the anti-buckling derrick capacity; The last part is particle injection system hydraulic control system diagram according to the working principle.
