After 2002, China’s large-scale thermal power projects mainly in the development of high-efficiency, high parameters supercritical (SC) and ultra-supercritical (USC) thermal power units. Currently,China have more than 100 sets of supercritical units. Because of equipment design requirements, SC and USC thermal power units must use once-through boiler, manufactured by austenitic steel. To avoid chemical cleaning process chlorine brittle phenomenon, this type can only be used when organic chemical cleaning equipment for cleaning and corrosion inhibitors cannot contain chlorine ions.Due to citric acid chemical cleaning comply with the above conditions as well as good cleaning effect, citric acid chemical cleaning has been widely used in organic cleaning industry.Present stage less corrosion research on citric acid chemical cleaning, Major research institutes citric acid corrosion inhibitor have low corrosion rate, low solubility, low Fe3+ tolerability, large foam defects.The first step of this study was screened hydrophilic, hydrophobic groups of imidazoline and its derivatives, then used Quantum Chemistry and Molecular Dynamics to study the corrosion behavior of these molecules. Based on the study of imidazoline and its derivatives, quaternization and oxyethylenation imidazoline._Synthesized a new type of oxyethylenated quaternary ammonium salt and were characterized by infrared spectroscopy.On the basis of a large number of single-factor studies, performed oxyethylenated quaternary ammonium salt(OQAS), M, OP-10, ETA complex research. Optimize the use of response surface method to get the best ratio of SD-910 citric acid inhibitor. Referring to DL/T 523-2007《Chemical inhibitor application performance evaluation and experimental methods to clean》 requirements。Then study in various aspects of the evaluation of four kinds of corrosion inhibitors.SD-910 citric acid corrosion inhibitor has excellence inhibitor performance, have the better ability than other inhibitors in the static and dynamic corrosion rate, Fe3+ tolerability, dissolve the dispersion, thermal stability areas.After SD-910 citric acid corrosion inhibitor developed, In order to further test the practical performance of corrosion inhibitor. The industrial application expert in Yanchang Petroleum Group Yulin refinery benzene extraction unit、Second Henan thermal power construction company of Yuzhou power plant #2 unit and Ligang Power Plant #6 unit. The results show that the comprehensive performance of SD-910 citric acid corrosion inhibitor excellent.
