In this paper,quinoline,hydrazine and chlorooctane,benzyl chloride,chlorotetradecane and hexadecane were separately quaternized to synthesize octyl chloroquine and benzyl quinolate,tetradecyl quinolate,cetyl chloroquine,octyl ruthenium chloride,benzyl ruthenium chloride,tetradecyl ruthenium chloride and cetyl ruthenium chloride Eight kinds of quaternary ammonium salts,such as hydrazine,were investigated.The effects of the ratio of quinoline(hydrazine)and chloroalkane,reaction time and reaction temperature on the corrosion inhibition performance of quaternary ammonium salts were obtained by orthogonal test.The best synthesis conditions for quaternary ammonium salts with high corrosion inhibition properties.The synthesized eight quaternary ammonium salts were compounded with pingpingjia and propargyl alcohol respectively.The quaternary ammonium salt addition,the flat addition amount and the propargyl alcohol addition were studied by static weight loss method for the performance of compound corrosion inhibitor.And through orthogonal test,the best formula for the preparation of various quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitors.Electrochemical test and adsorption thermodynamics study found that the adsorption of quinoline quaternary ammonium salt composite corrosion inhibitor on the surface of N80 steel sheet conforms to Langmuir adsorption isotherm,XWKL corrosion inhibitor belongs to mixed corrosion inhibitor,BJKL,14 KL and 16 KL corrosion inhibitor.It belongs to the inhibition cathode type corrosion inhibitor;XWKL,BJKL corrosion inhibitor adsorption process is exothermic,entropy reduction,spontaneous reaction,14 KL and 16 KL corrosion inhibitor adsorption process is endothermic,entropy increase,spontaneous reaction.Indole quaternary ammonium compound inhibitor: XWYD,BJYD,14 YD 16YD compound inhibitor and cathodic corrosion inhibitor are suppressed in the steel surface N80 are the Langmuir adsorption isotherm,the adsorption process are all spontaneous,the entropy Increase,endothermic reaction.Electron microscopy showed that when the corrosion inhibitors XWKL,BJKL,14 KL,BJYD were used,there was no obvious corrosion mark on the surface of the steel sheet,and a dense protective film was formed between the corrosion inhibitor molecules and the metal;16KL,XWYD,14 YD,16YD corrosion inhibitor In use,although the weight loss method evaluation results meet the standard SY/T5405-1996 "corrosion inhibitor performance test method and evaluation index",but when adsorbed on the surface of the steel sheet,the adsorption is uneven,a little eclipse appears,can not be used as corrosion inhibition Use of the agent.can not be used as a corrosion inhibitor.In the experiment,four kinds of first-class corrosion inhibitors conforming to the standard SY/T5405-1996 "Testing methods and evaluation indexes for corrosion inhibitors for acidification" were obtained,which were XWKL,BJKL,14 KL and BJYD corrosion inhibitors.
