Safety Analysis And Evaluation Of Ozone System

With the popularity of the application of ozone,ozone production efficiency increased by leaps and bounds at the same time,the safety accidents and faults emerge in an endless stream,domestic research on ozone system security is almost blank.On the basis of system safety theory, study on the safety of ozone system.For urgent research to solve the secuiry poblem of ozone system, according to system safety theory, the ozone system can be regarded as a human-machine-evironment system. So investigate the accident and harm of the system not only electrical accident like which act on the system,but also the accident like chemical hazards,which is harmful to the people and other equipment.Through the above analysis of accident and hazards,find out the cause.To qualitatively or quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of three subsystem,give the corresponding design or safety protection measurs,such as the selection of insulating materials,calculaiton of wire diameter to reduce the accident rata of equipment subsystem.Based on the safety analysis,put forward a method to evaluate the system’s safety. By fuzzy evaluation method, equipment subsystem as the evaluation object,the rating of ozone generator can be divided into three grades,named safe,qualitied and dangerous. And the environment subsystem and human subsystem as the secondary object,design a safety check list to evaluate the safe.Based on the above research,raise a program to improve the safety of ozone system:first,chose a ozone generator which must be inherent safety;second,select safe and reliable system;finally establish sthrenthen security management system.
