In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization in China,the scale of urban land use,population and industry have been growing rapidly.All kinds of production and domestic sewage have brought great challenges to regional water supply and water pollution control.The construction of urban sewage treatment plants is the most effective and important way to solve water pollution problems,with significant social,economic and environmental benefits.However,due to the construction process focused on the advanced nature of the treatment process and stability and investment projects and other issues,people ignore the high energy consumption of sewage plants on the follow-up operating costs,resulting in large financial pressure on many local governments,and even on some sewage plants,which can not run properly due to high operating costs.In this paper,through the analysis of energy consumption and energy distribution in the process of sewage treatment plant,this paper puts forward the energy saving and optimization design method of electrical and automatic control system in the design stage of sewage treatment plant,and validates it through the project of Wulanhaote East Wastewater Project.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)sewage treatment plant according to the process unit is divided into pretreatment process unit,biochemical treatment section of the process unit and sludge treatment section of the process unit.Among them,the pretreatment section energy consumption accounts for about 18% to 25% of the total plant energy consumption,biological treatment section of energy consumption accounts for about 55% to 70% of the whole plant,sludge treatment section energy consumption accounts for the whole plant energy consumption Of 8% to 10%.Sewage lifting and aeration system is the whole plant energy consumption of the two links,accounting for more than 80% of the plant power consumption.(2)sewage treatment plant electrical system energy-saving optimization design should include: correctly determine the work of equipment and selection of factors needed to optimize the load calculation algorithm;selection of energy-saving transformer selection,reasonablely determine the capacity matching,optimize the operation mode;Substation location layout;through the power equipment selection,low-voltage side of the reactive power compensation and transformer wiring to improve the power factor and harmonic suppression;select low-loss cable to optimize the distribution of routing;high efficiency motor,soft start and frequency control Means to reduce the energy consumption of equipment operation;selection of energy efficient lamps,reasonable light distribution,reasonable choice of illumination.(3)sewage treatment plant automatic control system energy-saving optimization design should be based on the size of the sewage plant control and control requirements to select the control system.At present,the control system of sewage treatment plant in our country mainly adopts distributed control system(DCS)and fieldbus control system(FCS).The energy saving optimization design of the automatic control system includes the grid level difference control,the sewage pump pumping control and the frequency conversion Speed control,as well as the management of energy-saving methods,such as low water flow at night,the pump running at low speed or stop running,try to use the pool water storage capacity to maintain high level operation to reduce head loss.Biological treatment section of the automatic control system energy-saving optimization,including chemical and chemical pool equipment,continuous control of equipment,optimize the efficiency of biochemical pool processing;digestion fluid pump frequency control;blower frequency control on demand gas.Sludge treatment section of the automatic control system energy-saving design,including sludge mud control and sludge dewatering machine automatic control.mination,optimize the control to reduce lighting energy consumption.
