Nowadays, a lot of sewage containing polymer and oil were produced in the offshoreoil industry. The composition of sewage containing polymer and oil is very complicatedand contains many pollutants. Due to the high viscosity, high oil content, strong corrosionand easy to scale of sewage containing polymer, it will cause great pollution to theenvironment if they were directly discharged to earth. Therefore, it is very important for usto treat the sewage containing polymer and oil, reduce the pollution index to achieveemissions standards.After quondam pretreatment of sewage containing polymer and oil, the solid contentand oil content has decreased significantly, but still can not reach the wastewater dischargestandard. At the same time, the traditional pretreatment technology can not effectivelyremove the APAM in sewage containing polymer and oil, which leads to the poorpurification result. In this paper, the sewage containing polymer and oil after pretreatmentwere further purified through the new process of―flocculation+filtrationã€adsorption+Fenton oxidation‖.Polyaluminium chloride, citrated Y-type molecular sieve and the activated carbonwere used as composite flocculants for the flocculation pretreatment of sewage containingpolymer and oil. The existence of silicon hydroxyl on the surface and pore channel of Y-type molecular sieves makes it easily to be modified. So, Y-type molecular sieves weresuccessfully modified by APTES and citric acid to prepare citrated Y-type molecularsieves.The optimum flocculation treatment condition of1L sewage is: citrated Y-typemolecular sieve0.5g,0.12g polyaluminium chloride, activated carbon content0.5g. Thesewage containing polymer and oil become more transparent and the water quality weredramatically improved after flocculation treatment. The suspended solids content were52mg/L and COD were200.6mg/L after flocculation treatment. The settling time was10min.The results demonstrate the improvement of flocculation efficiency.Compared with ZSM-5type molecular sieve, Y type molecular sieve has lower silicaalumina ratio and higher specific surface area. Therefore, its Y type has better adsorptioneffection on contaminants and APAM in sewage. The Y type molecular sieve materialshow excellent purification performance. After16level of filtering, solid content of sewagecontaining polymer reduced to10mg/L,oil content reduced to14mg/L,COD valuedecreased to101mg/L. After two level Al2O3column and three level activated carbon column adsorption, solid content reduced to8mg/L, oil content reduced to7.29mg/L,COD value decreased to95mg/L.In order to remove the soluble organic matter and reduce COD value of sweagecontaining polymer after diatomite filtration, we used Fenton oxidation method to treat thewater. The optimum experiment conditions were: H2O2/Fe2+molar concentration ratio of6, H2O2/COD mass ratio of2, reaction temperature of40℃, the reaction time of40min.Finally, the water COD value is75mg/L after Fenton oxidation. |
