With development of social economy and population's growth, water resource shortage has already become a question globalize, and the situation of lack of water of our country is especially severity. Announce according to 2000 " China's environmental state communique ", the per capita water resource amount of our country was 2238. 6m3, only equivalent to 1/4 of per capita occupancy volume in the world, it is one of the few poor lands that abounds in rivers and lakes of per capita water resource in the world. Deterioration of water environmental quality and high-speed development of economy, We need to suit the sewage treatment technology sum sewage recycle treatment technology of development of era, in order to alleviate the states of the shortage and water pollution of the water resource. It is extremely noticeable that the membrane bioreactor (MBR) makes the application of the craft in waste water treatment up in recent years. MBR technology and traditional technology in wastewater biological disposal to compare, It is fine surfacing direct retrieval and utilization , floor space little benefitting automatic control , active mud density high and surplus' mud output low grade advantaging equipment very to surface water quality for it not to have.Because of such reasons of the respect as the price and service life of the membrane material, etc. The application of membrane technology in routine sewage disposal limited, especially the reality in sanitary sewage disposal is used less. But develop the improvement of competence and enlargement of the industrialized production scale of membrane package of the goods with the material of membrane of our country in recentyears, the price of the membrane package is reduced by a large margin , service life is lengthenned greatly , several larger enterprises have appeared, production is used in the special-purpose membrane package of sewage disposal , it is possible to used in the treatment of the real sanitary sewage and retrieval and utilization project and offer for the membrane bioreactor.This research adopts the submergenc curtain type membrane bioreactor to deal with the sanitary sewage. Design and make a set of glass fibre reinforced plastic equipment, used for the sanitary sewage disposal of the qiao yuan gas factory , 6m3/d of amount of water dealt with. Inoculating the mud after debugging, every water quality index is far superior to the first class standard in " national comprehensive discharge standard " GB8978-96 in normal running more than 2 months, and deal with the result is affected by water yield and water quality very small, the system can keep the long and steady discharge up to standard。 Changing the density of mud , inflow and flux of membrane in debugging and normal running, we have investigated the getting rid of the result to chemical oxygen demand , ammonia nitrogen , solid suspended substance ,etc. of system under using the condition. We have investigated the changes of the flux of membrane and pressure. Comparing MBR and traditional technology in investment, we analyse and summarize the characteristic of this process system, offer certain reference value for expanding the enlarging and designing of the membrane bioreactor.
