The Study Of TuoKeTuo County Environmental Pollution Problems In The Process Of Urbanization

County urbanization process is an important part of China’s urbanizationdevelopment which related to social stability and to improve the people’s living standards.However, the degree of urbanization development in some of the western county is lowerthan the overall national level, and then reveal a slow development phenomenon,accompanied by the emergence of environmental problems, which are hindering the rapidprogress of the urbanization. Therefore, in order to clarify the cause of environmentalpollution problem which is represented by the urbanization process of Tuoketuo County,and use it to make some effective suggestions that would be have a very importantpractical significance. So because of the above reasons, here mainly selected the case ofTuoketuo County and taken a literature analysis to study the environment pollutionphenomenon which was happened in the urbanization process, in order to analyze thecauses, harm and prevention measures of the pollution problems, hoping to help otherwestern county for the development of urbanization.For the first is to define the concept of urbanization, county, and environmentalpollution.Then on this basis to consider urbanization of the institutional environment, andanalyze its road of urbanization, so proposed to develop the industrial enterprises had beenthe main cause of environmental problems, including the increasing amount of pollutants,driving to improve people’s living standards which causes more pollution and garbagepollution such as car exhaust and so on, resulting in the county in the westernenvironmental problems more serious, so that the process of urbanization is more andmore behind the process of China’s urbanization.Based on the above analysis, the paperdescribes the current situation and the reasons for Tuoketuo County environmentalpollution problems, and according to the institutional environment and selected factorsdescribed earlier, so proposed for actively adjusting the industrial structure, controlling ofindustrial to settle, enhancing the environmental awareness and so on, for that hoping toimprove the environment and promote the level of urbanization.
