Although the total quantity and species of energy in China is in the first level rank, thequantity of energy per people is rare. Nature gas and liquid gas have been on the behalf ofthe clean low carbon high quality energy and chemical engineering material. The mainmethod of dealing with the environment problem is developing the application of nature gasand liquid gas. Gas-cooker has become the necessary household appliance which is theenergy consuming terminal product. It has been developed rapidly in the recent years. Thedevelopment trend of the gas-cooker is the high power and efficiency which is based on theChina energy policy. Because the present design material can’t fulfill the development of thenew gas-cooker, this paper has been focused on the high power and efficiency inner-flamegas stove with CFD software.The main goal of this paper is developing inner-flame gas stove. The burning form cancentralize the flame under the stove so that it can improve the thermal efficiency. Theupward flow gas resulted from the combustion can play a role of aspiration. It can make asupplement of the secondary air so it has burned more completely and enhanced the heattransfer process.It has been established a cold and hot gas stove model through FLUENT software. Inthe cold simulation, it has been established the structure of the stove head through theentrainment and uneven coefficient. In the hot simulation, it has been determined thestructure of the fire cover and the quantity of the fire holes through the thermal efficiencyand CO ppm.There has been many experiments on the gas-stove sample, mainly focused on (1)theimpact of the structure of ejector on the combustion characteristic and yellow flame;(2)theimpact of the structure of the inner and outer fire cover on the gas-stove characteristic;(3)theimpact of the pot holder and height of the gas hood on the gas-stove characteristic. The finalresults of the gas-stove sample can achieve63%efficiency and CO400ppm.This paper has established the design of the gas-stove structure through the simulation.It has been enhanced through the experiment. Finally, it has been determined the high powerand efficiency inner-flame gas stove with the help of the experiments.
