| Along with the growing demand of flexible bags, the demand of automatedproduction equipment for flexible bags also gradually expanded. Automation equipmentproduction bag is mainly concentrated on the weaving technology, but there is almost noneautomation equipment involving the flexible bag sewing. So the research about automaticproduction line for the flexible bag is necessary. In this paper, an automatic productionline is proposed based on the characteristics of the flexible bag and the detailed design iscarried out in the transmission line for the flexible bag. Mainly complete the followingaspects:Firstly this paper analyzes the demand of transmission line of flexible bags automaticproduction equipment, and then carries out the contrast analysis to the current commonlyused transport ways. Besides a new layout of transmission is put forward with the TRIZtheory. The overall project design of the transmission line is carried out according to thecombination of the TRIZ theory and the basic principles of mechanical design of theassembly units.Secondly, after analyzed the gravity and center of gravity of the car to be transported.Finite element analysis (FEA) is also used to analyze and optimize the trolley support todecrease the weight of the car24%without reducing its strength. And then use FEA onceagain to analyze the modal of it.Thirdly the mechanical design of the assembly units is completed in the transmissionline. And then the geometric parameters of the key parts are calculated in this paper. Toreduce the mass and the rotational inertia of the positioning pin, a key part in thetransmission line, efficiently, the static analysis of is carried out by utilizing the finiteelement analysis (FEA), and the structure of the fixing plate of this pin is also optimized.Finally, a scheme of the PLC based control system which involves designing controlcircuit, developing the pneumatic system, coding the PLC program, is proposed. |
