| Ton bag automatic feeding device is a kind of automatic equipment to discharge granule material from ton bag automatically according to the requirements,which is widely used in chemical,chemical fertilizer,food,medicine and other industries.Through the research on the status quo of ton bag feeding equipment at home and abroad,it is known that automatic ton bag unpacking is the development trend of ton bag unpacking field.This research main goal on the premise of green environmental protection,the protection of personnel and to realize automatic packing line into the bag,unpacking,discharging,automatic control and realize unmanned operation,feed process can reduce the working strength of workers and dangerous,and solve the ton bag before unloading process problems,such as low efficiency and bag wall damage.Firstly,this paper designs the structure of the feeding production line,analyzes the function of the unloading scheme of the automatic feeding production line and the working principle of the unloading system,determines the structure of each component,and studies the application effect of the unloading device.Secondly,this paper carries out research and design on the structure of the handling robot,clarifying its operating requirements and basic parameters,and on this basis,completes the selection of the structure and driving mode of the handling robot.The overall motion structure of the robot is studied,and the bearing capacity of the robot arm is analyzed.Complete the design of the driving scheme of the moving joints of the handling robot,and carry out the structural design and selection of the key components.Then,the finite element analysis process is described,and the static analysis of the waist structure and the manipulator arm of the carrying robot is carried out by Solid Works software to verify the carrying capacity of the robot structure and prove the accuracy and rationality of the design.The first 6 order natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes are obtained through modal analysis to avoid resonance in some low-frequency cases.Finally,combined with PLC to carry out application research on the ton bag handling manipulator arm,and the application of PLC technology to design the system hardware and program,completed the ton bag automatic handling control system design,the use of simulation software to design the system for trial operation,verify the reliability and stability of the system. |
