The improvementsrequested by the ink department includes reduced transparency, improved fluidity, well stabilityand non-livering in storage of ink. And the improvement should meet the condition ofmanufacturing process of new equipment because better processability of pigment has beenrequired by the equipment.In the experiment, add the second coppling group component by2%to improve the heatresistance by improving the pigment structure while keeping the hue of original variety PY-1210Punchanged. pH before adding dimmer rosin is reduced by the adjustment of pigment surfacepolarity. Post processing adapts the method of only increasing temperature while not keepingtemperature to reduce transparency and enhance heat resistance. The adding method and addingquantity of surface polarity adopts the method of reducing the quantity of dimmer rosin by55%,reducing the quantity of aluminum sulfate by26%and adding dimmer rosin directly intoaluminum sulfate to be able to reduce the transparency. Reducing the quantity of aluminum sulfatewill remit the metacolloidal problem. Found the relatively reasonable experimental condition,enlarged the scale of experiment and sent the pigment to ink department. The ink departmenttested the pigment by the method and squeezing water according to the performance index of ink,and ascertained the experimental condition to have the trial production by considering the actualdemand of ink production. The pigment and ink department made the trial production severaltimes. Although the experimental date fluctuated, the prospective aim was reached generally andthe performance of ink was improved by a certain degree. Made a further improvement accordingto new technological condition, and aim was to further improve the heat resistance.Preliminary pigment ingredient can meet the demand of production and reach the demand of inkperformance by ink department too. The fluidity and heat resistance were improved by improvingpigment to reduce transparency. The time stability of ink was improved, and metacolloidalproblem in storage was also improved, which contributed to the approval of company. Thepigment is ready to be produced on the large scale.
