| Development and utilization of domestic natural gas are in full swing．This thesisintends to study on field control methods for quality and safety in the gas treatment units`maintenance project site, which has great significance to ensure the smooth operation ofunits daily．With the continuous development of ShengLi Oilfield, dozens of natural gastreatment units have been completed in the oil field, and they undertake the functions ofgas collection, purification, light hydrocarbon recovery and supporting exportation．Because the units is a complex system, it includes special equipments and facilities suchas various compressors, pumps, heat exchangers and towers, the maintenance contents andmethods has the certain particularity．To ensure the maintenance of the equipments andfacilities to meet intended targets, all the work must be decomposed and the quality, safetymust be supervised and controlled In the project site． This thesis stands in themaintenance contractor angle, through the status quo analysis of construction sitemanagement problems existed, intends to discuss and study on target management forquality, safety by using theories and methods of project management, risk management,and illuminates the contents, methods and working procedures of control for quality,safety in the units`maintenance project site, as well as how to take measures to ensure thequality, safety control target completion．Taking the gas treatment units maintenanceproject in ShengLi Oilfield as example, starting from the perspective of professionalmaintenance, the thesis studies control methods of the quality, and safety based on thetheory of project management. On the one hand, improve management regulations andsum up experience should contribute improving existing project work．On the other hand,it can help to provide reference for more and more units maintenance of natural gasterminal, to guide enterprises to maintain the stable operation of the units, to improve theeconomic benefit．... |
