| Diesel engines is main power source for oil drilling rig, the engine power reduces after long-term use because of the poor condition, the power could not be obtained accurately, which often leads producting accidents, results in great economic losses. Therefore, it has very important significance for improving oil production economy, guarantee security of production to test diesel engine maximum power in oilfield.Diesel engine power testing programme is presented in this article.Analysis the factors affecting the diesel engine power, extracting greater impact parameters on diesel engine power, using high-speed Hall sensors capture the appropriate signals, and convert the signal to speed, through the software analysis and calculate the inertia and maximum power of diesel engine, then analysis.of measurement error, achieve evaluating diesel engine power measurement in oil-drilling site. The research work in this paper obainted mainly in the following aspects:First, in-depth analysis diesel engine works and the feasibility evaluation of testing diesel power by the existing equipment in oilfield, than proposed a new method which can do the power testing in oilfield.Second, according to the proposed test programme, structure, working principle analysis great power impact factors on diesel engine power, determine maximum power test parameters for diesel engines combined with practical testing, optimization of sensor and measuring positions, combined with the actual situation at the scene devised specifically for diesel engines in the evaluation of their maximum output power with no load hardware systems.Then, write testing and analysising software using advanced language, according to the diesel maximum output power without load assessment programme, combined with the related test arguments that are designed diesel engine at maximum output power without load testing software, and integrated hardware and software systems.Finally, appling the test evaluation system to diesel engines in the repair factory, and maintenance of power plant diesel engine test instrument test comparing power calibration correction factor, forming perfect function evaluation system for diesel power. |
