Study On Wells Trajectory Control Method For Horizontal Wells Of Yuan - Yuan Formation In Northeast

In recent years,with the development of drilling technology, horizontal well drilling technology has been widely used in many fields. Horizontal well has been widely recognized because it can effectively improve the individual well and tight reservoir production, reduce the cost of drilling and well density. Yuanba field is the important production base of natural gas in the southwest of our country. With the deepening of the exploration and development, terrestrial formation of Yuanba field has showed a good development potential. Terrestrial formation include the formation above the T3X1. Terrestrial formation has the characteristics of complex formation pressure system, actively gas zone, lowerly drillability, frequently sandstone and mudstone interbedding and so on.These restrict the development process of the region, and increase the difficulty of well path control.Based on in-depth researching of the domestic and foreign well path control method, combined with the geological environment of Yuanba terrestrial formation, this paper has deeply analyzed the problems and difficulties that drilling on terrestrial formation and well path control, and expounded the influence factors of well path control and regulation. Well track prediction is the basis of well path control. Through the comparison and analysis of the well track prediction methods, and meeting the requirements of construction requirements, this paper has conclusion the prediction method of suitable for field and the prediction step. On this basis, have studied the method of well path control, including optimization of deviation control in vertical section, and the method of directional deflecting horizontal section control, and the optimum drilling assembly and change in azimuth, to meet the need of quick arrangement for construction, have programmed the change in azimuth procedure. And this method was applied to a horizontal well in this field. The indexes of wellbore quality meet the requirements, and obtain good results that the longest horizontal section and the fastest drilling speed. These can help to research and drill horizontal well in the field.
