Construction Technology For Drilling Wells Hirai Yuanba Area Orientation

In the Yuanba district, there are complex geological environment, long open-hole section,long horizontal section, and coexist multiple pressure systems. In the process of well drilling, effectively preventing and handling the well leakage and the borehole collapses in time become an important technical problem, which needs to solve, of improving drilling speed and achieving the intergration process of exploration and development. In order to assure a safe and fast drilling, and explore and develop effectively oil and gas resources of the Yuanba district, we need to comprehensively analysis the technical problem in the process of drilling in the Yuanba district and assit to solve the technical problem by drilling fluid technology. It is of great significance for promoting the intergration process of exploration and development of Yuanba district.This paper analyzes the geology engineering character of the local region through looking up to a large number of domestic and abroad relevant doucuments and related data of Yuanba ditrict. For those wells which have been drilling finished, we know their technology of the drilling fluid. For the technical probems of the preventing well leakage and leaking stoppage, borehole wall collapsing, borehole lubrication formation damage of the directional well and horizontal well, we put forward corresponding drilling technical measures combining with the actual situation of Yuanba district.We evaluate the optimizing drilling fluid system of the rheological property, filtration property, lubricity property, inhibition property and so on in the laboratory, and set up two sets of drilling fluid system:K salt-imitation oil-based-polysulfide drilling fluid mixed with oil drilling fluid system; polysulfide drilling fluid mixed with oil drilling fluid system. We respectively use two sets of drilling fuid system in the Yuanlu H-1Well and Yuanlu12well. The effect of anti-collapse is all right and there is a dramatic decreasing in numbers of the well leakage. We achieve the drilling with safety and high speed. The successful application of the complete set of the drilling fluid construction technology provides the direction for the study of the drilling fluid for the directional well and horizontal well, as well as provides the technical support for the drilling fluid construction on site.
