Along with the expand and in-depth in the field of oil and gas exploration and development, complex situations of drilling is creasing, at the same time it require greatly improve the drilling speed, therefore in the process of drilling, it need to use a large amount of lubricants to reduce friction and to reduce complication. Although in recent years, the research of lubricant has made great progress, But the kinds of multifunctional-type lubricant of drilling are less and have the high price,they are easy to made adversely affect to the performance of drilling fluid, technology-based economic research of drilling lubricant has become a trend. Vegetable oil has excellent property of lubricant, and it is a renewable and biodegradable resource, it is also good environmentally friendly lubricant. But vegetable oil is easily oxidized and saponified, so it limits its practical application when it is used for a lubricant, in this article, performance of vegetable oil has been improved by chemical modification.Firstly, it need to ammonia solution to vegetable oil, in order to contain an amide group. Secondly, experiment uses it to react with its low carbonation, thus it synthesis modified vegetable oil based-amide. Through orthogonal experiment, experiment uses the foaming of synthetic products and friction coefficient as key evaluation index to get optimum process conditions:reaction temperature is168±2℃, reaction time is2.5h. Through single factor experiment it uses the density and performance of lubrication as key evaluation index to determine the optimum Sample is17(polyamine:Vegetable oil:Low carbonate=1:4:1). Then through orthogonal experiment, it determines the optimum amount of three drugs of preparing the emulsions:sample8%+kerosene16%+silicon cream2.5%. In the preparation of stable emulsion, it mainly studies on the impact of HLB value and CMC-HV of the emulsion stability. Through the single factor experiment, we can get the optimum preparation condition for stable emulsion by centrifugal stability of emulsion and the density, archeology, lubricity of drilling fluid:sample8%+kerosene16%+silicon cream2.5%+NaOH(oleic acid in the amount of80%)+CMC-Hv0.1%+water.56.12%.The comprehensive evaluation of indoor on emulsion-lubricant performance indicates that when concentration of the lubricant in the base slurry is0.5%, Lubrication coefficient reduced rate of87.9%, and can meet the enterprise standard "Q/SY1088-2012" drilling fluid lubricant specifications" requirement and has the ability to anti-temperature, anti-salt. It also has a good compatibility with other drilling fluid. Compared with the available products, it shows the good performance of lubricant. Through sustained-release film experiment of samples, it has certain property of anti-release corrosion; this vegetable oil based-amide is multi-functional material which has the lubrication and release preservative.
