| In recent years, with our fast-paced economic development, industrialization, urbanization, and further accelerate industrial structure adjustment, the situation of PM2.5pollution in China tends to be more and more serious. Especially since2013, most parts of China suffered invasion of haze, poor visibility are causing traffic congestion, accident prone, flight delays or even closed. At the same time, the number of hospital outpatient, emergency patients were obviously increased, especially in the department of respiration. The basic cause of all these scourges is PM2.5.PM2.5refers to those particulate matters whose aerodynamic equivalent diameter is less than2.5μm, the main source of PM2.5is anthropogenic sources, including the burning of coal, motor vehicle exhaust and industrial emissions, the main components of PM2.5are inorganic compounds, organic compounds, heavy metals and elemental carbon. Considerable foreign research shows that PM2.5can directly enter the human lung and deposit it, then further enter human’s cardiovascular system, it can significantly increase the risk of disease morbidity and mortality of exposed population group’s respiratory system and cardiovascular system. Domestic research shows that, in China,PM2.5pollution is more serious than previous pollution abroad, no matter is average concentration or its composition.96%Chinese monitoring cities’air quality were not standard in2013,annual PM2.5concentrations is1.1times as many as the level two standards in China; PM2.5in China is not only the complex of London, Los Angeles photochemical smog pollutant in early twentieth century, but also is a mixture of dust aerosols, which make the PM2.5pollution in China very complex and difficult. However, the domestic research on this field is still at the starting stage, the understanding of PM2.5and the degree of attention is not enough. In view of this, my study is on the basis of the existing PM2.5pollution characteristics and formation cause from the scientific literature about China, then we carry out the effect of atmospheric PM2.5on human health, it has a certain practical significance and scientific value to the relevant state departments preventing and controlling reasonable and effective measures about PM2.5and improve the health level of the public.Xi’an city is as the central city of China’s important scientific research, education base and the western region, the atmospheric PM2.5pollution situation is very severe. This paper selects the Beilin district, Baqiao district which under Xi’an city’s jurisdiction as the research point, PM2.5daily average concentration is as explanatory variables, death terminal exposed population is as explained variable, through the establishment of Poisson&Generalized Additive Model,we can get PM2.5exposure response coefficient, the effect of PM2.5pollution on human health is very significant, and further research discover that, PM2.5concentrations is greater improvement, the expected adverse effects of PM2.5on human health become smaller.Therefore, the prevention and government of PM2.5action brook no delay. In the current situation, firstly, our country’s government should be in its efforts to control and reduce coal burning, vehicle exhaust and industry emissions, at the same time, we should establish and improve the dynamic monitoring of atmospheric environment, the new technology about later stage emissions should be developed; secondly, the various departments should cooperate with each other and mutual coordinate, timely follow-up and multiple together, which can ensure our tasks and plans effectively and successfully complete, at last, we should actively seek and develop alternative clean energy, realize the transformation of green, low carbon structure of our energy structure as soon as possible. |
