Environmental issues have become increasingly prominent in today, both in individual countries and regions to make positive efforts for the environment. Focus on the impact on the environment is also sports scholars concern in recent years, the environmental impact of outdoor sports most prominent. Our outdoor sports development process, although the development of environmental policies and regulations, but because of inadequate government regulation, public environmental awareness, environmental philosophy and management style and other issues affecting the relative backwardness, environmental situation is grim.Canada has a uniquely natural environment, coupled with Canadians love nature, respect for nature, enjoy nature, making Canada for seven consecutive years was named " most livable countries in the world" the UN organizations in Geneva. Rocky Mountain National Park located in Alberta, the group has a paradise for outdoor sports enthusiasts the world, said the province has600lakes,245rivers,530parks and protected areas, to carry out dozens of kinds of outdoor sports. Today, still maintaining the integrity of the natural ecological environment. Therefore, the study of outdoor sports in Alberta is very meaning for China’s environmental management has an important reference.In this paper, I use systems analysis, literature, examples of interview, logical analysis, management ideas and methods of the Canadian province of Alberta outdoor sports development in harmony with environmental protection classification summarized, analyzed and summarized. Park Authority on the natural territory of a detailed zoning plan, and develop the appropriate measures to manage recreation activities, distinguish between different resource utilization and protection, to ensure the sustainable development of resources;(4) Business Development has always been to minimize the environmental damage to the principle in the context of the natural environment as much as possible to maintain the integrity of the project planning outdoor activities to protect wildlife, maintain the ecological environment as a primary condition to invest in construction;(5) environmental education from the children grabbed the broad participation of the people. The provincial government will implement environmental elementary education from kindergarten and elementary school environmental education content into the school syllabus to organize various environmental action. In addition, the education department of the school teacher’s performance requirements, including the acceptance of teaching environmental education and environmental assessment;(6)"Canadian Environmental Protection Act" provides for public participation in environmental impact assessment system. Requires public participation in environmental impact assessment criteria of pre-trial, the formulation and implementation of the entire process, and enhance the environment for the development of fairness and impartiality. Whether it is the government or developers when conducting project planning and construction, both environmental organizations and public oversight;(7) various environmental areas of mutual cooperation and common development. There are environmental advocacy, environmental education, waste recycling, wildlife conservation to environmental monitoring and volunteer services. Enterprises from various environmental waste, environmentally friendly products designed to provide the material basis for environmental protection. Research institutions to provide the scientific basis for environmental construction and monitoring. Government to establish good relations of cooperation between enterprises, non-governmental organizations and research institutions.By the above conclusions, we recommend our outdoor sports management:(1) strengthen the legal system for environmental protection. At the same time, for the rare species and special land protection and law-making;(2) The establishment of specialized management agencies, strengthen supervision and management;(3) in the development of outdoor sports, for scientific land zoning;(4) the coexistence of commercial development and ecological protection, focusing on the development of the residents in the community interest;(5) really good school environmental education, creation of environmental programs, environmental protection knowledge and ideas into the various disciplines, basic education to environmental protection;(6) to improve public participation in the system;(7) to develop non-governmental organizations, to strengthen multilateral cooperation in related fields.
