Yunjin as world’s intangible cultural heritage, Its artistic value is largely embodied inunique color system and the Method of performance, Yunjin all Used vegetable dyes before thesynthetic dyes invented. Vegetable dyes have a natural,pro-environment and health ecologicalperformance, and it ’s one of the important dyeing materials used since ancient times in China.In this paper, based on the development of traditional Yunjin cultural heritage and the needsof the modern ecological dyeing.Through the vegetable dyes to research the color of Yunjin anddyeing system, and on the basis of modern vegetable dyeing experiments,to make a productinnovation design of natural dyeing Yunjin.In the aspects of theory research:this article make conclusion of the Research about Yunjincolor and it ’s vegetable dyeing, Starting from the historical development of silk brocade color,analyses the evolution of traditional Yunjin color, and Summarizes the chromatographicsystem,the Yunjin color system that based on Vegetable dyes have been established;In the aspectsof practice research:this article has carried on modern Vegetable dyeing experiments whichSupported by the theoretical study,the experimental application of14kinds of Vegetable dyeswith the color such as red, yellow, blue, purple and brown,the dyeing fabrics are cotton, hempand silk,this experiment dyed red, yellow, green, blue, purple, grey, brown and other color iscommonly used in Yunjin for a total of28group. Involving mordant dyeing and topping dyeingand other dyeing technique,then make a product innovation design of Modern Yunjin products.I hope the practice can increase vegetable dyeing application field and potential market,Provideecological dyeing methods and technology For the replication of traditional Yunjin and innovationof modern Yunjin.
