| The increase of mining depth in open-pit mine is bound to form high slope, and the stability of high slope directly affects the safety of production, personnel and equipment in mines. meanwhile, to a great extent, it affects the investment of engine-ering construction and economic benefits. Therefore, we should pay more and more attention to slope stability in the blasting engineering.With the enlarging of mining scale in Jianshan phosphate mine, the east mining area of Jianshan phosphate mine has formed a high slope with bench height30m, slope surface about42-51°, slope height200m, at this stage, one of the urgent problems is Jianshan phosphate mine high slope’s response rules under the blasting vibration. The paper combines with the Research and Development about the Complex Open-air Layered Ore-bearing Rock Blasting Technology in Nearby High and Steep Slope and Villages to start the research, tracks the situation of blasting production in Jianshan phosphate mine, and monitors the blasting vibration aiming at each blasting in different platform of Jianshan high slope. Using Matlab to analyze typical data with the method of frequency domain analysis and regression analysis, the paper summarizes that the high slope blasting vibration characteristics and the blasting vibration attenuation rules.This article uses the ANSYS numerical analysis software to establish the numerical model of high slope, adopts the strength subtraction to analysis the stability of the slope body under the action of gravity, and analyzes the slope displacement and strain situation under the different reduction factor, so as to determine the stability coefficient of high slope. The paper uses ANSYS/LS-DYNA numerical analysis software to establish Jianshan high slope model, and load vibration wave in the high slope model, then check the particle vibration velocity curves, the stress distribution nephogram of high slope body and the effective stress time history diagram of unit body in each monitoring points. analysis for the vibration velocity attenuation rule of slope body and the changes of stress.With the method of strength subtraction, on the basis of slope instability of the main criterion, the slope stability coefficient is1.34; comparative analysis of blasting field measured data and the results of numerical simulation, the results are basically the same for both cases reflecting the regularity of blasting vibration; check the stress nephogram of slope body and the effective stress time history diagram of unit body after loading vibration wave, the slope body without damaged. Therefore, with the method of numerical analysis, we gains the high slope stability coefficient and high slope dynamic response rules under blasting vibration, which can be believed, the research result has important guiding significance for the mine production. |
