With the highway,railway,mine and other engineering construction scale continues to expand,a large number of high slope is forming.The stability of the high slope under the influence of blasting vibration is getting worse and worse.Once the landslide,it will seriously affect the normal production and engineering personnel life safety,caused substantial economic losses,so for the study of slope stability more urgent.Shanxi coal import and Export Group Hequ old county open-pit mining scale is expanding,the stability of the slope has become a production safety risks.The main factors affecting this mine slope stability is mining slope vibration.Therefore,we analyze and study the slope stability,and then apply the results to the open pit mining,In this paper,we have carried on the blasting vibration monitoring to the mine,then we have carried on the analysis to the monitoring result,the research content and the achievement are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the geological and hydrological conditions of the open-pit coal mine in Hequ coal mine,the mine blasting scheme,and summarizes the monitoring results of blasting vibration.We get the basic situation of hydrogeology and production.(2)Under gravity condition,this paper analyzes the stability of mine slope.With the help of ANSYS numerical simulation software,the slope model is established.In this paper,the stress and strain of the slope model are calculated by the finite element strength reduction method,and the slope stability factor is determined.According to the criteria,when the reduction coefficient of F reached 1.67,The slope is destroyed.And we can obtain the potential slip surface shape from the horizontal displacement and strain nephogram.This provides a reference for the prevention and control of mine slope maintenance measures.(3)Using LS-DYNA dynamic analysis software to solve the model of slope under blasting,we get the slope stress nephogram,node velocity time history diagram and each platform unit stress effective time chart,analyze the influence of blasting vibration on the slope stability,.The calculated results are compared with the measured vibration velocity data.The results show that: the simulation results of particle velocity are similar to the measured results,and have certain reference value.In the process of explosive explosion,the stress spread from the center of the explosion to the platform,and the stress concentration area is around the center of the explosion.The nearest unit blasting stress is far less than the ultimate tensile strength of rock slope.The effect of blasting on the slope of Hequ open-pit mine is very small,and the slope stability will not be damaged.(4)Using MATLAB to linear regression analysis of the test data,the calculated data and experimental data were compared.By studying the change law of relative error between the elevation,the results showed that the peak particle vibration velocity amplification effect can only be seen when the analysis point elevation reaches a certain value.By using the improved Sodev’s empirical formula to forecasts the mining blasting vibration provides theoretical basis for monitoring.
