Industrial pliers polished surface, mostly using the traditional polishing device andpolishing process is similar to forming method.In the work environment, lack ofpreventive measures, safety accidents occur frequently, in terms of production efficiency,the traditional polishing machine equipment, the production efficiency is low, need highlabor costs.In order to overcome traditional polishing machine the disadvantages is in the processof production. this paper summarizes domestic and foreign industry based on the study ofthe clamp and polishing equipment, puts forward a set of industrial design method ofclamp surface polishing machine; Industrial pliers need polishing parts fixed on the fixture,open circuit control system, the grinding tool rotation and move down the light touchindustrial pliers in polishing parts, workbench through movement around the hydrauliccontrol system to realize,the industrial clamp parts polishing.The device is mainly divided into five parts, respectively, for abrasive module,fixturemodule, transmission module, hydraulic guide module and working machine module.According to the principle of polishing mechanism and the description of polishingmachine process mainly introduces the parameters design and analysis of designidea, overall structure and main components of the polishing machine. The device adoptstwo level of belt transmission for power transmission. Polishing industry forceps whichare completely localization in a plane.The workpiece which is clamped moves up an downin the two work station driven by a hydraulic system.The ball screw with the nut seatdrives the abrasive on the move.The device designed to complete the three-dimensional modeling and assembly oforiginal in UG.Using UG imports into ANSYSWorkbench and conducting static analysisand modal analysis through main components,mainly including the analysisof the frame,static analysis of the ball screw which axial load presses the thread surface,equivalent stress-strain analysis of clamp in the clamping force and the grinding force double gravity.Through the establishment of parts mesh model, constraints and loading,theanalysis makes clear Influence of structure design and material on the polishing machine.The subject realizes automatic feed movement of the grinding process and constantpressure. It not only improves the machining quality of workpiece and machiningprecision, but also saves manpower,reduces the cost of production. In terms ofsecurity, the operation is simple and convenient, greatly reduces the probability of safetyaccidents. In the work environment, the design reduces the iron dust and dirt, achievesenvironmental protection and civilized construction requirements.
