Two kinks of Rhodamine 6G (R6G) derivatives, R6G-Br and R6G-2Br were synthesized successfully. We have investigated the UV-visible absorption spectra and the Fluorescence spectra of the two compounds, and we have investigated the single-molecules surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SMSERS) of silver-R6G-Br using the 514 nm and 633 nm as the excitation, we obtain two spectra with one kind of excitation wavelength. The two spectra of SMSERS with 514 nm as the excitation are similar in peak shape and peak position. The two spectra of SMSERS with 633 nm as the excitation are similar in peak shape and peak position, too. In addition, we obtain more SMSERS peaks with 633nm as the excitation than with 514nm as the excitation. By contrast, we can find that the spectra of SMSERS with the two excitation wavelengths are similar in general. Thus, we can get a conclusion that R6G-Br have favorable stability in SMSERS detection.Two kinds of compounds were synthesized with different experimental approaches successfully, and these compounds were characterized by IR, NMR and MS. |
