Low-molecular-mass gels in a gel exist in a three-dimensional network structure as a result of the gelator molecules assembling into one-dimensional fibrous structures by means of various driving forces, such as hydrogen bonding、(?)-(?) staking、van der Waals forces etc. [2+2] photo-cycloaddition becomes a focus research for the synthesis of cage compounds on the application of pharmacological activity. Control the stereoselective by using LMGs as a template or host-guest molecule through weak intermolecular containing C=C self-assembly two-component gel or co-crystal is becoming an important guiding principle for [2+2] cyclization addition reaction in recent years.The study carried out as following sections:The first part discuss the review of photo-reaction and control the space structure of the photodimer.The second part first synthesisⅡ-1 toⅡ-4 series of photo substrate.and study the photo-reaction to monomer in solid and solution condition. Then study the trans-cinnamic acid photodimer reaction in solid and solution state, and different solid state crystal was compared during reaction. Third, Co-crystalⅡ-5 was synthesized using the weak intermolecular interaction betweenⅡ-1 and trans-cinnamic acid and photo-reaction in solid and solution was discussed. The photodimer can get the same time under the Co-crystal is mainly Anti head-tail structure. Relative to the single light have selective advantage.The third part synthesisⅢ、Ⅳ、Ⅴacid and derivatives of amideⅥ. Study the ability to gel was investigated in different solvents, and studied the structure-property relationship of these molecules. Using the weak intermolecular interactions betweenⅢandⅡ-1 to self-assemble into two-component gel and the gel state photo was studied. gels were studied by SEM、TEM、XRD、FTIR and the main effects of intermolecular hydrogen bonds and van der Waals forces on the self-assembly of gelators into DAFINs were analyzed and discussed. And study the control of the stereoselectivity of the reaction.
