This article is researching phase change textile designs, based on the human body needs of preventing feet in low temperature. It has developed the phase change textile on regulation feet temperature to keep them in a constant micro-climate, which can absorb and re-release of heat, and keep feet in low-temperature environment on health. On the basis of preventing from foot frostbite and keeping feet comfortable in low temperature, it has defined the type of phase change materials applied to low-temperature protection and the best combination, and has chosen feet base textile material for low-temperature protection; by analyzing foot shapes and foot pressure distributions in sports, it has finished the design of foot’s protective low-temperature phase change textiles.First, determine the human body’s temperature on preventing from foot frostbite and keeping feet comfortable in low temperature according to conditions of the foot frostbite and comforts of the human body feeling.Second, based on the human body’s temperature on preventing from foot frostbite and keeping feet comfortable in low temperature, define the phase change materials in the Textile, and calculate the percentage of mixed quality, and then get the best proportion of complex through the optimization and comparison in different conditions.Third, identify the fabric of absorbing the most phase change materials, based on comparison and analysis about the different materials, different structure and different structural.Fourth, design the structure of textiles in order to finish the design of foot’s protective low-temperature phase change textiles, by analyzing foot shapes and foot pressure distributions in sports.
