Yuan Dynasty, the last of Northern Song Dynasty and Southern Song Dynasty, as the beginning of Ming and Qing Dynasties, in about a hundred years, the cultural acceptance of, or the respect to the governance of society, are slowly integrated with Chinese Culture; Yuan Dynasty, natural disasters happening, Whether north or south, society are facing huge losses; Since the Northern Song Dynasty, the overall majority of the nation’s wealth comes from the South Region, and Western Zhejiang became a top priority region of the country; Since the late Southern Song Dynasty to the early Yuan Dynasty, the temperature gradually becomes warm from the cold, cold climate appeares in late Kublai Khan, but soon pick up on the overall trend, although the overall climate is warming, in some period extreme climatic fluctuation happens occasionally; whether intensity on the whole or frequency, rainfall are biased towards the north; analyzing the arid and precipitation of regions of western Zhejiang and other related hazards, it can be seen in this region is that there is a much more abundant than the northern areas of precipitation, but the drought persists, the type of precipitation are mainly short-term and strong rainfall, continuous heavy rain in the region occurred in favor of keeping the Taihu river Basin and river morphology, but channel change in Song, Yuan, Ming, continuous heavy rain seems to appear in the Yuan Dynasty are at a lower level in the time and intensity. A period of Yuan Dynasty, due to severe flooding on Western Zhejiang region, the government has repeatedly of governance, but can not maintain the changes in river channel of Wusong River which is the main access to the sea of the Taihu Lake; Humans on the flow field around the lake account Wusong River,upstream is limited so that the source of the river is reduced; downstream river is close to the sea, by the effects of tidal exchanging with seawater, and Yuan Dynasty is simultaneously the global sea level period of rising, seawater have a great impact on downstream river, sediment deposition is relatively easy, it has the effect on the Yuan sluice of waste, but the overall climate warming itself, in fact, has the some relevance with Western Zhejiang region in temperature.Traditionally most scholars believe that changing of the Wusong River has the relationship with frequent floods, this article attempts to reveal the influence between Yuan’s climate with Western Zhejiang water conservancy environment and the change of Wusong River from the angle of the whole climate and the regional climate of Western Zhejiang This article argue that Western Zhejiang region climate is not affected in temperature, but in terms of humidity,affected by the whole uneven distribution of precipitation and northward condition.Under such weather conditions, Western Zhejiang water conservancy environment and Wusong River seemingly affected by precipitation.In fact, in the absence of a long section of the state of water, the effect of flooding is amplified and reflected more obviously, the real reason is likely to be that Western Zhejiang region formed under dry conditions in the long and early time.
