Along with the accelerating process of economic globalization, foreign Banks keep coming, no doubt this is a serious one’s deceased father grind to the domestic market. Which is associated with increasing competition of domestic banking industry, how to win customers in order to seize market become the hot topic of domestic commercial Banks. For commercial Banks, customer loyalty means repeat purchase, mean the promotion of performance and profit growth, thus promote the market share of ascension. In this case, the study of customer loyalty is more and more important.Before this article, many scholars at home and abroad customer loyalty in the commercial bank has carried on the related research, put forward a lot of instructive theory and method of customer loyalty for commercial Banks in China has played a guiding role.This article mainly to the bank of China branch in Qingdao region market in shandong province as an example, the customer loyalty related research. In this article, through the questionnaire survey to collect initial data, and then the questionnaire data to carry on the preliminary statistics, using SPSS model to analyze data, and finally through the regression analysis it is concluded that the relevance of the various factors and customer loyalty. Through the form of questionnaire it is concluded that the influence factors of customer loyalty of commercial bank. According to the data analysis conclusion, combined with the influence factors of customer loyalty, put forward the measure of improving customer loyalty.
