This paper firstly focuses on the basis conception of customer loyalty, and analyzes the customers of Shandong Load Service Entities in particular, lastly points out the importance of the load service entitise put in practice of customer loyalty in the market compertition environment. The paper also use Gray Relevent Analyse to find the most valuable customer on the basis of customers demand gradation analyse and the Markov chain set up mathematics patterns in the prediction of customer switching among the load service entitise and energy sources replacer, by means of qualitative as well as quantitative methods to appraise the load service entitise's client action loyalty ana sensibility loyalty from the characteristic factors of analyse and calculating, use the complex model to comperhensive evaluate the customer loyalty. At last it gives a thought that must think the customer as center, and put forward a strategy to improve load service entitise's client loyalty.
