| Adapted to the wind energy endowment conditions of Gansu province and the development requirements in optimizing the layout of regional economy, adjusting the industrial structure, speeding up the development of the transformation of the pattern of economic, the construction of the regional growth pole is the target of regional development strategy and development path. This article do analysis on the basis of wind power industry development, adopting double-parameter Weibull distribution to described the statistical characteristics of wind speed, through measuring the resources endowment and analyze the wind power industry development environment. Combined with the power grid equipment to evaluate power grid transmission capacity, and the power load characteristics in Gansu province, this article speculates the2015’s corresponding level of electricity data, using the simulation estimate method of time series trend extrapolation for single factors, and put forward the technical proposal for Hexi new energy construction and the coordinated development of electricity market. Then evaluate the efficiency of the environment of industrial development during the construction and operation period, giving example to illustrate the local natural conditions and ecological characteristics. Base on this, this article will put forward the develop priority, difficulties possible and potential risks, and give the corresponding policy recommendations. |
