Today’s quality is tomorrow’s market. In recent years, with the rapid progress and development of the explosive end products terminal technology, the terminal with its rich information content, strong ability to communicate and personalized special services, to attract and influence the growing number of users,so the terminal market the competition will be more intense.To win the market, be invincible,quality is the key. However, there is no doubt the quality of the product depend on the quality of the material, so the material supplier quality management will become an important part of the quality, improve the material supplier quality management system is the basis for quality assurance, supplier quality materials only strengthen control management system, and the use of appropriate management tools and methods have a fundamental guarantee of product quality. How to strengthen the management of supplier quality control, establish mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation relationship has become a problem for all end products such companies must seriously face. Therefore, the supplier quality management in-depth study, hoping to get some experience and methods, can provide some experience and methods are available for low-end reference materials supplier quality management.The main purpose of this paper is to study the low-end Huawei Terminal Company supplier quality management, the company’s low-end Huawei Terminal material suppliers as the research object, starting from the basic theory of quality management and continuous improvement of methods, combined with years of engineering and author quality-related work experience, the low end of the status quo Huawei Terminal Company supplier quality management through QSA, QPA and QFA to audit suppliers, identify the actual suppliers in the supplier quality management processes, supplier audits, supplier quality product development lack of assurance, and other related aspects of the daily management of the main problems and the existence of effective analysis, in order to adapt to the changing needs of Huawei Terminal Company’s quality management on all suppliers stratified hierarchical management, the implementation of dynamic management, to help low-end supply providers to implement continuous improvement programs to achieve common progress, mutual benefit, to ensure that the final product a competitive advantage.
