For procurement, everyone is familiar. In our daily lives, procurement is everywhere. Procurement is not only important in our daily life behavior, but it is also an important means by much business profitable. The procurement management is an important part of cost management, reduce procurement costs equivalent to increasing the company’s profits. Establish good procurement management mechanism that can effectively respond to changes in the existing market, to ensure the vitality of the enterprise market, the continued development of enterprises have a greater role in promoting.In this paper, Polykemi Company as the research object first elaborated the procurement management, supplier management, procurement risk and other related purchasing theory. Secondly, introduces the current purchasing management situation of Polykemi Company, and carries on the thorough discussion on the existing problems. Finally respectively, corresponding solutions are put forward from the Polykemi Company concept of procurement purchasing way, supplier management and purchasing system of supervision and other aspects, including the specific optimization measures:(1)change the purchase conception,establish the purchase is the same as order, pay attention to the supplier’s interest;(2)change the purchase way for procurement, optimizing procurement process, set up new purchasing model,bring the JIT procurement,improve the procurement efficiently;(3)establish the supplier selection and evaluation system,implement classified management on suppliers, seeking to establish a new type of alliance supplier, eventually achieve a win-win situation with the supplier;(4)to strengthen the monitoring and control of procurement,optimize the incoming inspection procedure, set the internal supervision mechanism, improve the internal control system in order to reduce the purchasing risk.Results of this study not only have an important significance to the company’s procurement management of Polykemi. Meanwhile, also has a certain reference to the procurement management practices for other compounding companies.
