Enterprise is a basic product unit in the social and its harmony is the basicrequirement to the social’s harmony, accordingly, labor relation’s harmony is the importantcontent to the social’s harmony. This research is focused on the harmonious managementof labor relations in the private enterprise. On the research way, this article is beingconcerned with our country’s social status and request at present, is making base on theresearch achievements accomplished both home and abroad, and combing theories withcase studies to make further researches.On the research content, this article is focused onthe practical problems arise in the private enterprises in labor relations management, forthe helps of in-depth understanding and grasping both on the essence and regulation oflabor relations, try to find a system method and path to construct a harmonious laborrelation between enterprise and employees. And then, this article research on the author’scompany for a specific example of the private enterprises, provide concrete analysis on themanagement question of labor relations and give a harmonious management solutions.This article aims to promote the harmonious development of labor relations inenterprises,to realize the optimization of human resources management and achievehealthy operation of internal systems in the enterprise.
