Automotive industry as an important pillarindustry of the national economy, because of its long industrial chain associated with high,wide range of employment, consumer-driven large, plays an important role in the nationaleconomy and social development. Special Purpose Vehicle as an important part of theautomobile industry, widely used in various fields of national economy, economicdevelopment and growth is an important guarantee for the height and speed of developmentof the national economy and the level of positive correlation.With the community’s special vehicle performance, the use of increasingly high demand,China’s private car varieties are growing. Diversified demand allows companies began tofocus on product features, high efficiency, specialization, standardization of production andoperation of enterprises to become one of the objectives pursued, FAW as a domesticmedium and heavy trucks in the private car market representatives should play a greater role,but the FAW private car sales system is currently operational situation, there are someproblems, such as: lack of targeted special vehicle product development, the need to improvethe system to ensure the ability to establish a dedicated car sales network system is notperfect, existing Liberation special vehicles too cluttered and other members of the network,how to solve these problems, is a very worthwhile study.This paper will present the liberation of private car sales system advantages anddisadvantages of research problems, we dedicated the domestic car market is analyzed on thesales system operation compared with wind, heavy truck, Shaanxi Auto, Foton and othercompetitors in the market for private car work and operational improvements from theconcept. Thefavorable opportunity of FAW should make good use of special vehicledevelopment, improve the ability of independent development, improve productquality, reduce cost further, strengthen management capabilities, special vehicle through avariety of ways to expand sales channels, this article is based on this understanding, mainlyexpounds the steps and measures, FAW car sales system improvement in order to increaserapidly, the FAW car sales level of help.
