Study On Agricultural Countermeasures Of Modern Facilities And Promote The Local Government

Modern facility agriculture is one of the most dynamic industries in the world. It can promote rural economic development and the level of farmers’income. In recent years, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia has developed the modern facility agriculture. And the residents also have higher demands to the development of local modern facility agriculture.But the government still faces many problems to deal with, such as a lack of scientific plans, the low efficiency of actual operations, the immature of industry chain, the lower level of production techniques, which mainly because of the old thoughts, the lag planning, the insufficient investment, imperfect supporting facilities, the farmers’low enthusiasm, imperfect market circulation system.The development of modern facility agriculture is beneficial to realize the agricultural efficiency and farmers’income. First, the local government needs to find the role of it, strengthen its policy guidance, and broaden the financing channels. Second, the local government needs to establish and improve the modern facility agriculture public service systems, then perfect the existing construction scales. Finally, it also needs to foster new types of agricultural managements, support the developments of leading enterprises and professional cooperative, improve the circulation system, make the modern facility agriculture quick and effective, ensure the planting scales. The modern facility agriculture will be on the track of scientific development.
