Analysis Of Factors Influenceing The Development Of Inner Mongolia

After the middle of the twentieth Century, the developed countries have completed the process of industrialization, the development of the service industry has become an important indicator of comprehensive national strength, the national and regional competitiveness. Productive service industry as a service industry’s most dynamic sector, have promote the coordinated development of industry the steady development of social economy and regional interaction.Compared with developed countries, there is still a gap between China’s producer service industry in general, has gradually become the reason to hinder China’s economic development. Since the reform and opening up, Inner Mongolia use of resources, rapid economic growth,2002-2009year economic growth rate ranks first in the country. But from the beginning of2012Inner Mongolia economic downward pressure increasing, the development of producer services is conducive to ease the economic fluctuation, change the mode of economic development and promote upgrading of the industrial structure. Therefore, the development of producer services in Inner Mongolia as the research object, using descriptive statistics analysis method, analyzes the factors of the development of Inner Mongolia producer service industry status and influence, and use of linear regression model for empirical analysis of factors.Based on the related theories:the theory of division of labor, the intermediate demand theory, transaction cost theory, industrial structure theory, defines the concept of producer services, and the classification and characteristics of producer services are described. Secondly, from different angles, using the methods of descriptive statistics, analysis of the current situation of the development of Inner Mongolia producer service industry. Finally, separately from the productive service industry demand, supply, external environment in three aspects, eight related index selection, analysis of various factors influencing the development of Inner Mongolia producer service industry, based on Inner Mongolia2000-2012related statistical data as sample, using panel data model on the index of each factors influencing the development of Inner Mongolia producer service industry the multiple regression analysis, to determine the main influencing factors, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Empirical results show that, the added value of the proportion of total industrial output value, the productive service industry labor productivity, employment of productive service industry accounted for the development of the total employment population, urban employment population accounts for the proportion of the population of urban and rural employment, open degree and the producer services in Inner Mongolia are positively related to the producer service industry; per capita GDP and negative correlation; regression results of fixed assets investment in productive service industry proportion of the total social fixed assets, regression technology expenditure rate were not significant.
