Producer service industry which is technology intensive or knowledge intensive is themain direction of the upgrading and structural optimization of industry and thetransformation of the mode of economic development. It plays a more and more importantrole in national economic development. Production services and equipment industrygradually develop to the direction of the interactive fusion. The upgrading andoptimization of equipment industry requires investment of knowledge and service. Then itcould pull the development of producer services. The growth of producer services couldoptimize the marketing environment and promote competitiveness of equipment industryin return.The paper put Inner Mongolia autonomous region for example. Based on theperspective of the improvement of marketing environment. The paper firstly analyzes thecurrent situation and marketing environment of producer service industry and equipmentindustry. Then run regression analysis to producer service industry and equipment industry.Thus obtain interactive relationship between them. We could find, to equipment industry,the imperfection of producer service industry is the marketing environment problems ofequipment industry. Producer service industry has strong supporting function to thedevelopment of equipment industry. And in turn, the development of equipment industrywill bring more derived demand. This shows that, equipment industry and producer serviceindustry in Inner Mongolia develop toward the trend of interactive fusion, but the level isinsufficient. So we sum up the experience of the typical area of China. Then we putforward strategy and path selection of interaction development in Inner Mongolia. Underthe background, the research has theoretical and practical significance to enrich anddevelop the relationship between two industry and economic growth of Inner Mongolia.The enterprise or industry is influent by market environment all the time. The processof marketing is actually the dynamic process of constantly adapt to climate change ofenterprise. To understand and improve status and characteristics of marketing environmentfully, seize the direction of environment, is the key to realize interaction development.Today, demand of consumer is increasingly diverse and personal. Firstly, the paperresearch status of development of the two industries and environment of Inner Mongolia.Then put forward the measures(such as strengthen industrial association,boost industrialagglomeration, improve flexible ability and strengthen governmental functions) toameliorate marketing environment of two industries. The research has some certain innovation under this view. It is in favor to occupy market position and promote corecompetitiveness of the two industries of Inner Mongolia.
