Situation Business Transformation Agricultural Development Bank Of China And Countermeasures

Agricultural Development Bank of China is China’s only agricultural policy bank, playing an irreplaceable role in China’s agricultural and rural economic development and making a significant contribution on the rational allocation and utilization of resources. However, along with China’s market economy and financial system continues to improve, such a meritorious policy bank also has crisis of operation management and its traditional business is no longer able to adapt to market demand. In order to provide more effective support and services for China’s agricultural development in the future, but also for its own sustainable development and operation, the Agricultural Development Bank of China need to perform business transformation. Based on the study of current business status of the Bank, some problems have been found in the level of business. Other existing barriers also limit the transformation of the Bank. By the means of comparing with foreign policy bank and learn advanced experience, a number of practical ways are proposed to unleash the restriction in transformation based on the actual situation of Agricultural Development Bank of China. This thesis is trying to help the Agricultural Development Bank of China smoother their transformation and providing reference experience to other policy banks in China.
