Research On Urbanization And Industrialization Coordinated Of Dalian Puwan District

Urbanization and industrialization are two interactive important systems in the development of economics and society. Industrialization is the connotation of the Urbanization. Urbanization is the space forms of the industrialization. The development and positive interaction of Industrialization and urbanization will play a significant role in promoting sustainable development in economy. A large number of research on China’s industrialization and urbanization indicates that urbanization lags behind industrialization.The thing that urbanization lags behind Industrialization has led to serious gaps between urban and rural areas in our country and the consequent series of social problems. The coordinated development of the Industrialization and urbanization in China has become the focus of academic and administrative departments of all levels of governments. As a result this article objects to Puwan distract which is a representative in Eastnorth Region to research the relationship between urbanization and industrialization. At last, the article will find the plight of developing and give a reasonable proposal throngh anylzing the synergies brtween urbanization and industrialization.Firstly, this article reviews the development process of urbanization and industrialization, sums up the meaning and measure standards of urbanization and industrialization, establishes comprehensive evaluation index system of urbanization and industrialization. Analyze the situation of urbanization and industrialization in Puwan distract and show the existing problems of development and describes the interaction mechanism between urbanization and industrialization. Secondly, measures the deviation of urbanization and industrialization with Standards of Chenery NU/IU. Comparative analysis has shown that overall urbanization lags behind industrialization to Puwan District from1999to2012,but the lagged trend is slowing down continuously. Furthermore, based on the index system of urbanization and industrialization, the article obtains the composite score and coupling index of Puwan distract,with the principal component analysis. Analysis showed that showed an upward trend after the first drop lower, the urbanization and industrialization affect and interact each other. The coupling index of Puwan distract fluctuated. In2005-2008, the coupling index is lower, while it rised in2009. The overall trend is rising; the index of urban agglomeration is very high,most of years have been effective,declining in individual years, overall Harmonious index has gradually increased. These indicate that Puwan District is gradually been into the harmonious and orderly state of development in urbanization and industrialization.Compared with suzhou city,which has a high level of urbanization and industrialization, Puwan distract need futher development.
