Project scheduling is a hot topic of social attention. Scholars make a lot of work on the Max-NPV project scheduling problem at home and abroad, and achieve many results. A project is composed by a number of activities, it takes different funds to start each activity, so the research of project payment schedule (events start time and whether expedited) on the purposes of Max-npv (net present value of the maximum)for the contractor is of importance In previous studies, the payment way of the project scheduling program is cash and bank credit lines, however, in practice, bankers’acceptances are also frequently used by businesses.On the lack of research, this paper is on the purpose of maximum net present value, project scheduling model are discussed under bankers ’acceptances is not the case and bankers’ acceptances split split-case and can solve a construction unit in Xi’an project scheduling of a project case study to verify the validity of the established model provides a theoretical basis for large-scale projects project scheduling program decisions.The main results of the paper work and innovation as follows:Under the assumptions of unsplited bank acceptance, we make problem description, the active process, project financing, project deadline and discount time as the project scheduling constraints. With the goal of Max-npv to build the largest project scheduling model and get the result with genetic algorithm; Finally, we make a example analysis with a project of construction unit project and validate model effectiveness. The results show that the project activities choose the latest time to start within the scope of the time allowed and under the condition of the project progress non-affected. At the same time, project benefits expressed in the net value of the contractor will reduced with the increase of the discount rate, increasing along with the increase of the proportion of the advanced payment. When the discount rate is less than0.005, the net present value of the project can increase through splitting the received bank acceptance bill and making discount in the process of project, and vice versa. This result conforms to the actual need of the project, reducing the waste of resources caused by wrong decisions, bring more benefits for projects and enterprises.
