The purpose of vocational education training for service, production, management,training with the general ability of personnel. With the development of vocational education, vocational education continues to expand the scale, the quality of educationreceived more and more attention. How to develop educational programs, vocationaleducation so that the country presents unique characteristics, vocational education isa major issue must be taken seriously. The professional training methods is relativelybackward, configuration, and training courses occupational characteristics of a seriouslack of specifications, but also lags behind the reality of building materials professional needs. Thus innovation and reform curriculum becomes very important. Work process philosophy courses, as an important part of the work process professional learning, classroom learning and professional practice so connected, learning content but also professional practice, to enhance students ’interest in learning, so as to nurture students’ creative thinking.This article draws on research related to curriculum development at home and abroad, and on the current status of vocational Hotel Management Course developed in-depth analysis and proposed process-oriented teaching reform. Elaborated on the basisof the implementation of countermeasures countermeasures based on the work process" drinks service and management " course: schools and enterprises to establish a win-win concept course design; design work based learning curriculum design ideas; selected items typical tasks of the course content; using advanced the digital teachingmethods and models; optimization professional competence standardized curriculum evaluation program; construction of teachers "double " of the curriculum team.
