The Study On The Development Countermeasures Of Family Farm

Rural Development of China’s agriculture has entered a new stage. Now the urgent need is to accelerate the construction of new agricultural management system to solve various problems accumulated in the rapid development of the early, and break the shackles of the current agricultural development. With regards to this,"No.1document" of central government in2013highlighted the family farm as the representative of the new agricultural business entities, and established that the development of family farms is an important step in the establishment of modern agriculture.Foreign Agricultural developed family farms have been developed for many years. There is much mature and advanced experience, which has a good reference to the development of our family farm. While the advanced experience in agricultural development of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces will provide direction to the future development of agriculture in Xinyang City. Currently,, Xinyang family farm can be divided into the corporate family farms and single family farms. Both of the business models have been developed more mature, and have been initially achieved significant results. They can reflect the advantages of family farms. But generally speaking, the development of Xinyang family farm still faces so many difficulties. Such as a lack of policy support, lack of funds, too short land transfer life, imperfect service system and so on.This study, first describes the dynamics of domestic and foreign research on the family farm with literature research, and defines the concepts and basic theories of family farms. Then uses field survey to survey the Xinyang family farm, analyzes the current situation of the development and development effectiveness of family farms in Xinyang, combined with literature research. On this basis, this article analysis using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to draw a conclusion that the development of Xinyang family farms are facing lack of policy support, lack of funds, too short land transfer life, imperfect service system, and many other challenges. Finally, learn from the advanced experience of development of family farms, the following measures to deal with the challenges, and promote the development of family farms:(1) the construction of modern agricultural park;(2) construction of agricultural social service,market-oriented networks;(3) classification established demonstration farms;(4) vocational training of farmers;(5) invigorate the rural finance;(6) to strengthen policy specification;(7) strengthening the ability of land circulation.
