The establishment of the high-speed railway can directly promote the transport capacity of the region location along with it. The establishment of the high-speed railway can improve accessibility of the site location along with it. The establishment of the high-speed railway can make the stream of production factors flow rapidly, such as the stream of people, the stream of logistics and the stream of information. The establishment of the high-speed railway can promote the economic development of the regions along with it. Industry development is an important part of economic development. The research of how the high speed railway can influence on the development of the industry has a great significance. The article selects the aspect of high-speed railway influence on the industrial agglomeration to supplement the current study and play a reference role of promote the city’s industrial development, economic development that along the high-speed railway. The research method is the contrast analyzing way of "with and without".Firstly the article summarizes the influence mechanism of the high-speed railway to the industrial agglomeration by studying the theory of industrial agglomeration. The influence mechanism includes both direct effects and indirect effects. Then the article has an empirical analysis example about the influence of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway on the industrial agglomeration of the Hunan province. The research method is "with and without" comparison method. Predict the direct and indirect measure index by using the grey forecasting model and multiple regression model. Then compare between the predicted index and the true index. Then we can find out the influence of the establishment of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway on the industrial agglomeration of the Hunan province. Finally, the article put forward policy suggestions about using the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway to promote industrial agglomeration.
