Real estate industry in our country in recent years because of the economic recovery has brought great prosperity and development of commercial real estate enterprises, at the same time, the development of real estate enterprises in our country there are bottlenecks. Due to the commercial real estate company size and business scope are expanding, relevant training of commercial real estate, makes the real estate company in the talent competition is also increasing. Although the human resource management in our country real estate enterprise has been gradually improve, but compared with foreign human resources management practice and gap. Commercial real estate enterprises to obtain long-term development, sustain its momentum of development, from the company strategic human resources management plan, from a strategic management perspective to study of real estate enterprise human resource management activities, it is advantageous to the enterprise maintain competitive advantage, in the market to take proactive and strategic approach. The main content of this article is:The first chapter is the introduction, first introduced in the global economic recession and recovery of the real estate industry background, the importance of human resource management work, second, human resources management for the development of the real estate company. Finally, this article elaborates the research methods and the overall framework.Chapter two is related theoretical basis, first of all, defining the concept of human resource management. Second, introduce domestic and foreign scholars for the study of the problem and the shortage of this paper. Finally, from the perspective of corporate strategy, the overview on relevant theories of human resource management practice, in under the guidance of the theories, and build a real estate company human resources optimization model.The third chapter is China’s commercial real estate company human resources present situation and problems. First of all, the current situation of the development of real estate companies of our country to introduce and analysis. Second, to our country real estate Company in human resources management elaborates the problems existing in the practice of to do foreshadowing for human resource management optimization.The fourth chapter is the construction of commercial real estate company human resource management model. First, the introduction of human resource management model to construct the principle goal. Secondly, the establishment of human resources model of real estate companies in our country; it elaborates the various constituent elements in the model.The fifth chapter, aiming at the existing problem of commercial real estate company human resources management put forward reasonable Suggestions, in order to improve optimization of human resources management work. In this chapter, respectively, from the human resources planning, talent growth management, performance management and salary management promotion measures are put forward, in order to promote the development of real estate enterprises in our country.
