Employment relationship is a vital element that is significant in all parts of the world. Establishing employment relationship is becoming increasingly important and thus, further exploration of the topic is necessary. It is important to study the content and the result of developing employment relationships as there is little research that has been done in this area. This paper studies the content, In view of this, the paper on basis of previous study mainly study the components, dimension and influence of employment relationship in an attempt to provide theoretical guidelines and recommendations on how organizations can best handle their employment relationship related issues. This paper review previous research findings in order to address the internal structure of the employment relationship that is the theoretical framework of the research. Based on previously conducted research, this paper attempt to propose hypotheses and validate these hypotheses by collecting information via questionnaires and analyzing the data collected.The findings of this research show that building employment relationship involves the exchange and distribution of value and the exchange of control of employee behavior. The findings address authority relationship, dependency and competitive relationship. The research shows that changing the employment relationship also results in a change of employees’emotional commitment, their behavior, their stability and work performance. The emotional commitment is highest when the interdependence between the organization and the employee is at a higher degree. Their organizational behavior is more loyal as well. Their organizational citizen behavior and is highest and they have more job stability. When dependence is low, the employee performance is higher. When there is low authority, the emotional commitment of employees, job stability and performance is high.
