| Under the influence of long-term dual economy structure, our country’s economic and social development is losing the balance in both urban and rural areas. Promoting the integration of urban and rural development is urgently needed to improve this situation. Infrastructure constructions, that play a fundamental as well as pivotal role in integration, not only build the interactive links but also run as a supporter in transporting urban and rural elements. However, the reality is that urban and rural infrastructure is not optimistic, especially in rural areas. The shortage of urban and rural infrastructure becomes a serious obstacle to economic and social health development. The urban-rural integration process has been severely restricted by supply capacity and the objective existence of supply and demand contradiction. Therefore, strengthen urban and rural infrastructure, especially rural infrastructure has become a top priority. The paper is based on the relationship between "urban infrastructure" and "urban-rural integration development," and the economic data collected from the city of SongZi reflects the current situation that many problems exist in the process of urban and rural infrastructure investment and financing. Certain degrees of thinking about Infrastructure configuration were made under the background of urban-rural integration process. Aiming at solving the problems that exist in the integration process, including infrastructure differences between urban and rural areas, poor resource sharing, especially lack of financial investment in rural infrastructure, the main body of investment and financing is relatively single with immature platforms and other prominent issues, several suggestions on infrastructure construction and financing issues, building development system, establishing integrated infrastructure network, innovation about investment and financing, legal system and the management issues were put forward for reference according to the plan of urban-rural in entirety as well as the goal of integration strategic approach. |
