The research present that indistinct math and matrix are the good tools to analyse the model of the Group Company comprehensive risks. According to the method, the research chose the model of the Group Company’s strategic risk, financial risk and operating risk. This is the main audit method for the Group Company’s risk-oriented audit. The Group Company’s risk-oriented audit is the important method for preventing the risk, and then this kind of audit model could give the play to the function of service and supervise and have the effective effort to prevent the Group Company’s strategic risk, financial risk and operating risk, and create the good value for the Group Company’s health development in the future.
