With, the continuous development of the real estate industry in Vietnam, all kinds of housing prices have been rising in recent years, frequent speculation happens in the real estate industry, the unreasonable supply and demand for real estate enterprises and the increasing prevailing underground trades, our country has been introducing various policies to regulate the real estate market, but the result is not very obvious. At the same time, whether the real estate bubble exists in Vietnam has been a focus that heavily discussed by insiders, experts and scholars. On behalf of the companies and based on the relevant conclusion, this paper summarizes the types of real estate bubble and analyzes its current situation in "Vietnam, objective evaluation is made for Vietnam’s real estate bubble, therefore reaching the conclusion that "Vietnam does exist the real estate market bubble. Then the paper analyzes the SWOT of the VinGroup in "Vietnam, regarding the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the VinGroup correctly, to further study the concrete measures and countermeasures of the real estate market bubble taken by the VinGroup.Measures and countermeasures carried out mainly from next several aspects:the VinGroup should be equipped in thinking. The management of the "VinGroup should hold meetings to assess the real estate market of "Vietnam, and the harm of the VinGroup and other domestic real estate enterprises caused by "Vietnam’s real estate bubble should be stressed. The VinGroup put forwards policy Suggestions for the Vietnam government that they are required to get ready to deal with the real estate bubble, with the strength of the enterprise, the VinGroup goes deep into a variety of social investigations, collecting all kinds of measure targets of the real estate, submitting the adjustment policy proposal to the government according to some of the problems on the market; adjusting the housing types and the supply and demand structure of Vietnam real estate by trying the enterprise’s best on the bases of market feedback; the VinGroup takes active measures and cooperates with the Vietnam government to control the speculation in the real estate market; the VinGroup group are trying to build the real estate of Vietnam a good consumption environment through various methods of advertisement, activities and customers return; setting up the early-warning system of the real estate bubble, and on the safe side, the VinGroup can control the whole dynamic of the real estate industry in Vietnam; the VinGroup develops various industrial management, with solid cash strength against the real estate market bubble in Vietnam. Finally, this paper summarizes all the researching work. |
